By accessing and using the Knottie website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue the use of this site immediately.
You are required to provide accurate information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Knottie offers premium men’s silk neckties. As silk is a natural material, slight variations in colour, weave, texture, and sheen may occur between products and product photographs. These natural variations are part of the fabric’s character and are not considered defects. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product information, discontinue products, or limit quantities where necessary. Care instructions are provided with every tie. Damage caused by improper care, including machine washing, high-heat ironing, bleaching, or exposure to harsh chemicals, is not covered by our returns policy.
All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Your order is accepted only once we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders before dispatch due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, or obvious pricing errors. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
We currently ship within Indonesia. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Responsibility for the order transfers to you once the courier confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided.
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery provided the item:
To request a return or exchange, email [email protected] with your order number. Returns are not accepted for products that have been worn, damaged through misuse or improper care, or returned without their original packaging or tags. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. If we sent the wrong item or the product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including applicable shipping costs. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999).
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indonesian laws, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. All content on this Site, including the Knottie name, logo, product photography, graphics, and text, is owned by Knottie or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or courier disruptions. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under Indonesian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page. The version in effect when you place your order will apply to that purchase.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the District Court of South Jakarta. Consumers may also seek resolution through the relevant Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) in accordance with Indonesian law.
