Knottie reserves the right to adjust prices, modify content, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing mistake, Knottie reserves the right to refuse the order.

All items purchased from Knottie are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. In the event of loss during shipment, Knottie reserves the right to decide, at its sole discretion, whether to refund the item or not.
We ship to all locations within Indonesia. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders to Jakarta and surrounding areas typically arrive within 2-3 business days. For other regions, delivery may take 3-7 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Free shipping is available for orders above Rp 500.000.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To maintain the quality of your Knottie products, we recommend dry cleaning for silk ties and hand washing for cotton accessories. Avoid excessive heat and direct sunlight when storing your items. Proper care will extend the life of your products and keep them looking their best.
